Refund policy

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days. The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, takes possession of the goods. If you withdraw from this contract, we will refund you the full price of the product, excluding any return shipping costs you incurred, within 20 days from the day we receive the package. We will use the same payment method you used in the original transaction unless we have expressly agreed otherwise with you. If you would like to request an exchange or find a defect in our products, please contact us promptly at the provided email address support@eleganceessencestore.com.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

 

Exchanges

Exchanges within the same price range, size, or color are straightforward and Without any problem.

For differences in price, the amount will be refunded as a voucher. Please note that for a higher price difference, the shipping costs will not be covered by us.

If the exchange product has arrived but is not available, we will contact you. You then have 3 business days to respond and choose another product. If we do not receive a response from you or no agreement is reached, the exchange will be treated as a return, and €6 return shipping costs will be deducted from the refund.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
